Privacy Policy

How OneLab by Sequoia Technologies Private Limited handles public enquiry, account and operational data.

Information we collect

Trial and contact forms collect your name, laboratory name, phone, optional email and city, plan interest, message, consent records, source page, referrer and campaign attribution. We may also process account identity, subscription, support and privacy-safe operational usage data needed to provide OneLab.

Do not submit clinical data here

Public forms are not clinical channels. Do not enter patient names, sample IDs, report content, clinical documents or other patient information.

Laboratory responsibility

Subscriber laboratories control the patient and clinical data they enter into OneLab and are responsible for lawful collection, access, sharing, retention and user permissions. OneLab processes that data to provide the subscribed service.

Use and sharing

We use collected information to respond to enquiries, provision and support accounts, secure and improve the service, administer billing, and send optional marketing only where separately consented. We may use service providers for hosting, communications, payments and support under appropriate contractual and security controls. We do not sell clinical data.

Security and retention

OneLab uses schema-per-tenant isolation, authenticated access, server-enforced roles and operational audit histories. No system is risk-free. We retain information for service, legal, security and dispute needs, and remove or anonymize it when no longer required under applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may withdraw marketing consent or ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and service-retention requirements. Contact contact@onelab.biz.
