Delete your Pulse account

Pulse by OneLab lets you request permanent account deletion from inside the app.

Delete from the Pulse app

  1. Sign in to Pulse by OneLab.
  2. Open More, then Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete Pulse account.
  4. Type DELETE, enter your current password, and select Permanently delete account.

What deletion does

Your sign-in is disabled immediately. Pulse deletes or de-identifies your doctor profile, contact details, credentials, and other account data that is not required to be retained.

Laboratory-owned reports, referrals, case history, and financial or audit records may be retained when required for patient care, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations. Retained records are no longer available through the deleted Pulse account.

Cannot access the app?

Email contact@onelab.biz from the address linked to your Pulse account. Use the subject Pulse account deletion request. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Need help?

Contact contact@onelab.biz. Do not include patient names, reports, or other clinical information in your email.
