Service and accounts

OneLab provides pathology operations software. The subscribing laboratory is responsible for authorized users, accurate configuration, clinical review, patient-data authority, and keeping credentials secure. OneLab does not replace professional clinical judgment.

7-day assisted trial

Trial requests are reviewed and manually activated. Standard trials use Growth capabilities, two users, one branch, Pulse enabled and analyzer disabled. After 7 days, a seven-day read-only/export grace may apply. Expiry does not automatically delete tenant data.

Plans and billing

Current published prices and billed totals are:

• Basic: monthly ₹599, quarterly ₹1,617, yearly ₹6,110.
• Growth: monthly ₹799, quarterly ₹2,157, yearly ₹8,150.
• Advanced: monthly ₹999, quarterly ₹2,697, yearly ₹10,190.

Quarterly · save 10%; Yearly · save 15%. Campaign discounts do not stack unless expressly stated. No GST currently charged; tax treatment may change if legally required.

Fair use

“Unlimited” means normal use by one subscribed laboratory. Excessive, abusive or shared-across-unrelated-business use may be reviewed. Clinical report generation is not automatically blocked for fair-use review.

Analyzer service

Analyzer Integration is Advanced-only and requires compatibility assessment. Fees and Analyzer Care terms are published on the analyzer page. Hardware, networks, travel, third-party fees, unsupported protocols and custom development are excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse access, probe other tenants, upload unlawful material, interfere with service operation, bypass limits or use OneLab for an unrelated organization without approval.

Availability and changes

We may perform maintenance and change product features, plans or policies. Existing paid periods retain their subscribed commercial version unless law, security or an agreed migration requires otherwise.
